The property is in Bovill, Latah County, Idaho and is easily accessible from Moscow via state highways and a network of secondary roads that provide good access to the property.

Infrastructure

The general area has a long history of clay production. Hydroelectric power lines and a natural gas pipeline extends from Moscow to Bovill. The nearest large communities are Moscow, Idaho, which lies about 28 miles from the Property and Lewiston, Idaho, which lies about 50 miles to the southwest. Lewiston is a transportation hub for barge to the Pacific Ocean and rail with the Great Northwest Railroad (GRNW) which interchanges with both the BNSF and UP.
