Vancouver, B.C. April 25, 2014 - I-Minerals Inc. (TSX.V: IMA; OTCQX IMAHF) (the “Company” or “I-Minerals”)
is pleased to announce that it has engaged Tyton Rock Capital Corp.
(“Tyton Rock”) to provide investor relations services to the Company.
Tyton Rock will work with I-Minerals to increase the Company’s exposure
and to liaise with investors, brokers and analysts. Thomas M. Conway,
President and CEO of I-Minerals, commented: “I-Minerals is entering an
exciting stage of viability and wants to ramp up its investor awareness
program to increase investor awareness of the numbers backed profit
potential of I-Minerals and its Bovill Kaolin Project.” To steer these
efforts, the Company has contracted Tyton Rock to assemble a
comprehensive investor relations campaign that includes the
identification of target investor groups, dissemination of Company
approved information to investors, assistance in the preparation of
corporate communications, organization of investor meetings and the
handling of investor inquiries.
In consideration for providing these services, the Company will pay
Tyton Rock $4,000 per month. It has also granted Tyton Rock options to
acquire 100,000 common shares in the Company at $0.25 per common share
exercisable for a period of 3 years. The Stock Options vest in
accordance with TSX Venture Exchange policy. Tyton Rock currently has no
direct or indirect interest in the securities of I-Minerals Inc., or
any right or intent to acquire such an interest except pursuant to the
exercise of the above referenced options. The appointment of Tyton Rock
as an investor relations consultant of I-Minerals Inc. and the granting
of options remain subject to regulatory acceptance of applicable filings
with the TSX Venture Exchange.
