announces that it has entered into debt settlement agreements pursuant to which $371,036.50 of indebtedness is to be satisfied by the issuance of 3,710,365 common shares at a deemed price of $0.10 per share, subject to regulatory acceptance.
The Company also announces that it has completed the debt settlement agreement announced March 26, 2013, pursuant to which $140,280 of indebtedness was satisfied by the issuance of 1,188,314 common shares at a deemed price of $0.118 per share, all of which shares are subject to a hold period in Canada until August 9, 2013.I-Minerals Inc.
